Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paul Green purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items as outlined below.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We are happy to process an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Please note that we cannot process exchanges for a different style. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and indicate your desired new size/color in the provided notes section. We recommend placing a new order for the desired item to ensure it is not sold out while your return is being processed.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center at shoppaulgreen.com. You will need your order number and email address to generate a return label and instructions. All returns must be accompanied by a completed return form. We are unable to process returns without a valid return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive a credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items not in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [insert generic email address] to resolve the issue. We require notification within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

International Returns

Please note that our return policy currently only applies to orders shipped within the United States. We are unable to process returns for international orders at this time.
